Our safety promise
LISTEN aims to provide a safer space for conversation and community support. Users should feel heard without being harassed, exploited, pressured, or abused.
Report and block
Report
Use in-app reporting to flag abusive users, harmful messages, scams, harassment, impersonation, inappropriate content, or unsafe behaviour. You can also email support@listenfind.com.
Block
Use blocking to stop direct interaction with another user. Blocking is an important safety control for 1:1 conversations and direct messaging.
Not for emergencies
Community rules
- Be respectful. Do not harass, threaten, bully, shame, or exploit others.
- Do not share illegal, violent, hateful, sexual exploitation, or self-harm encouragement content.
- Do not request money, gifts, passwords, identity documents, banking details, or private codes from users.
- Do not pretend to be a professional, celebrity, public figure, company, or another user.
- Do not share someone else’s private information without consent.
- Use reports and blocks when something feels unsafe.
How moderation works
LISTEN may review reported content, account history, chat metadata, and moderation logs. Depending on the issue, actions may include warning a user, removing content, restricting features, suspending an account, terminating an account, or contacting relevant authorities where required by law.
Listener standards
Listeners should focus on empathy, encouragement, respectful conversation, and practical support. Listeners should not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency advice, exploit users, or pressure users to meet, pay, share private information, or move conversations outside LISTEN.
